Chairman runs the meeting and maintains order. He has the right to
quiet the group and request members leave the room if they get
unruly. Individual discussions about properties which are not
relevant to the whole group should be taken out of the room.
One meeting--one person talking at a time. It will be beneficial for
all presenters to come to the front and face the audience.
Those with formal presentations and hand outs will be presented at
about 15 minutes after the meeting starts. The chair people will
call on presenters and lead any discussion, and moderate questions
from the group.
Affiliates will have an opportunity to make a short pitch their
company at the end of the meeting. Affiliates are encouraged to have
experts from their respective companies give "learn about" sessions.
Those not staying for the "Learn About" session scheduled should
leave the room in a timely fashion to allow the guest lecturer to
set up the room.
The REIE website, www.reiesd.com , will provide several
advantages. Members who have computers and e-mails can access the
bulletins and announcements from the website, place ads and
announcements and messages for others. If they miss a meeting they
can find it at the website.
We have copyrighted the website and name so members will need
permission to make copies of the bulletin for distribution.
$3.00 meeting fee will allow any licensed Real Estate agent to
attend.
